malfunctioning air conditionererratic shower temperature
The room was stuffy due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. It barely provided any relief from the heat and made sleeping difficult. I also found the shower temperature to be erratic it switched between scalding hot and freezing cold without warning. This.

The room became excessively hot at night. The air conditioning unit did not cool the room, even though it created a lot of noise. I addressed this with the staff, but they were unable to fix the air conditioning problem, resulting in minimal sleep.

I must say, my stay had a few hiccups. the lack of air conditioning was a real problem considering the summer heat. Sleeping became a sweaty endeavor, even with the provided fan. the noise from the nearby street was incessant. It sounded like a highway was right outside my window. also, the shower temperature was wildly unpredictable. It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold. i nearly scalded myself a couple of times. its a bit much to expect guests to play roulette with the water temperature.

the location was decent , providing reasonable access to the city center by tram.
i was disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the room , and it got uncomfortably hot even with a fan. the noise from the street below , combined with the fan .

my stay included a complimentary prague card. it provided discounts at many restaurants. i also received a welcome drink at the hotel bar. a complimentary bottle of wine was in my room upon arrival, a very tender welcome gesture. i was offered complimentary water and soda for my departure. i found it such a thoughtful touch.
the miniscule size of the soap made it quite impractical. it finished after a single use. it was not adequate for two guests.
